Your pickup day is set based on your area's service route. Leave your items in a Wash bag or your own — at your door, with a doorman, or wherever works best for you. No need to be home. No waiting around.
Your items go to our state-of-the-art facility in Cheswick, PA — cleaned, pressed, and finished using eco-certified processes and the highest quality agents. Every item inspected before it leaves.
Your clean items are returned to your door on your area's next service day — fresh, pressed, and ready. No pickups required. No trips to a storefront. Your time stays yours.
Our standard service runs on a weekly cycle by area. Your items are picked up on your area's service day, cleaned at our Cheswick facility, and returned the following service day. Schedules are flexible — we work around your needs, not the other way around. If you need a different cadence, just ask.
